I had 195 overhead I just couldn't OHS it up!! SO CLOSE! BW (195) snatch is my goal by early may, I totally almost had it. Same with C&J at 235, i almost had it but an inopportune cough made me laugh when i had it in the rack. FS I don't know what happened. I'm back up to where my lifts were 20 pounds heavier, so I'm ok with it today.

Snatch: 140 (previous PR, muscled it a little at the top)
Clean & Jerk: 180 (PR = 205. Feeling weak today)
FS: 225, could've gone heavier. Will do so next time
SLDL: 225

Just finished previous cycle and here are my #'s

Snatch is still 180lbs

Clean and Jerk is 235 which is a 10 pr of my previous best!

Failed 270 FS so still at 265

Greg,

I am starting a new job and may have my lifts cut back to 4 days a week due to it. I will have time to lift twice on Mondays and am thinking about fitting two lifts in on that day. If I am sticking with the programming on your site would you suggest that I combine days like that?

Just curious...

Cory -

I would drop the supplemental/conditioning work and just watch your recovery if you try it. Might work fine, but it will depend largely on your job stress and rest.
