C&J - 225 for some reason I am unable to release the hook grip and flip elbows quick... still needs work
Front Squat - 245,265 PR, 275 PR, 285 Fail

C: Sn: 195 PR!! C&J: 235 FS: 265 HLR: Straight Leg, had to break em up.
BG: All lifts with left arm, dumbbells, hurt his right hand playing beerball. Sn: 75, C&J:90, FS: 195 HLR:3X10 Static T2B
Bodyweight snatch and a clean and jerk PR were my objectives in going on this program since january, and now I get them. Thanks greg I owe you one. |

Haven't commented ince I started this cycle, and clearly it has been a while since someone did, but felt too good today not to post
snatch - 215 same as old PR, really should be higher considering I power snatch that much
C&J - 285, 20# PR from two weeks ago
FS - 325, 10#PR from two weeks ago.
Really liking how much I have gone up in C&J...snatch just need to work on form that is what is holding me back I think
