Are you kidding me? Did he consume all that in one day? I didn't eat that much after ranger school for Christs sake?!? I'd like to see the workout that goes with that chow.

That is hilarious, everything looked super delicious and optimal, a little light on the fish oil though, but with a little tweaking he should figure it out. I am surprised you didn't just go low carb and eat everything without the bun or breading, and order mayo for your fat.
