Oh I thought when it says 2 x 6 that its 2 sets of 6...so is it like that all the time like if it says 3 x 4 it would be 4 sets of 3?

Could do the s-pulls in a power rack, nice, but I don´t have access to it all the time so there will be some subs in the "block-exercises". HBBS felt light but my lower back was killing me, hopefully I will become more flexible. |
