If you can´t keep (like me) mon-thurs + sat, is there any special days you recommend rest?
I´m thinking: getting in the mon-thurs training days where I can (in correct order) and always rest before saturday-wod.

Just take a day off when needed. If in the next couple days you're able to throw in any of the exercises from the missed day that you feel are important for you, do so. Otherwise don't worry too much about it.
