When starting the daily workout is it advised jump in at week 5,or wait until a new cycle begins and just work on technique for now?
Greg Everett 2 | 2010-06-20
Keith -

Wait for a new cycle, or go back to the start of a previous one.

PS: 50 kg
C&J: 70 kg

Warmed up with s-high pull (50kg) and Clean DL-no touch (70kg) that I missed the other day. Later:

4 sets
1 arm swing, 24 kg, 10 reps each arm
15 kipping TTB
Time: 5:13 min

Power Snatch 73k
Power CJ 89k

Snatch felt super heavy. Was trying to catch the bar to high. Settled in to a faster cleaner half squat by the 4th set.

Jumping pull ups 50
Ring dips 20
3 rounds 7:30
