Looking forward to this one. Have been following this cycle, but a few days behind. Needless to say, my BS have become much better. Max day on monday or tuesday for me.
Thanks for the programming!

BS: 145 kg - 12.5 kg pb!
FS: 120 kg - 10 kg pb!
Didn´t have more than 40 min today so I focused on the back squats. 140 kg was easy, and I couldn´t believe it, counted and recounted the weights. Put on a few more kilos and 145 kg was ok. Maybe could´ve done more but I was so far beyond my expectations, I didn´t have any more juice left. Instead I took of a few weights and tried to improve my FS 1RM, and got 120 kg pretty easy to! Out of time I went back from my lunch break on clouds!
