I just started following the beginner program in your book.On the WOD on the website you include a conditioning type workout,when do you advice doing those,later in the day or after my O lift training

I don't advise doing any conditioning at all. But if you must, do it after your lifting; either in the same session or later in the day. Later is ideal, but unreasonable for most people.
