Niels -The swing high-pull is one exercise. Do 8 of those per arm, then 8 push press per arm - that = 1 set.

Snatch - 80% x 1 x 5
78 x 1 x 5
Clean & jerk - 80% x 1 x 5
97 x 1 x 5
Back squat - 75% x 5 x 5
Only made one set to four reps and had to cut it due to back fatigue
4 sets; no rest:
1-arm KB swing high-pull x 8/arm
1-arm KB push press x 8/arm

Then I did it all wrong. I did about twice the work on the swings by performing a swing first, then a high pull at the finish of a second swing; counting those 2 swings as 1 rep.
That's not a problem, but my question remains then:
How do I perform a KB swing high-pull
Is that like I performed the high-pull? -> KB swing till eye-height and pulling the kb towards the body at the top of the swing?
(Snatches at a light 50kg for technique; C&J at 80kg; Back squat at 90kg; KB 24kg)
