Niels -The swing high-pull is one exercise. Do 8 of those per arm, then 8 push press per arm - that = 1 set.

Only made one set to four reps and had to cut it due to back fatigue

Then I did it all wrong. I did about twice the work on the swings by performing a swing first, then a high pull at the finish of a second swing; counting those 2 swings as 1 rep.
That's not a problem, but my question remains then:
How do I perform a KB swing high-pull
Is that like I performed the high-pull? -> KB swing till eye-height and pulling the kb towards the body at the top of the swing?
