I used it to repair my hands for an endurance Kettlebell challenge I did. I tried to snatch a 16kg KB for 1000 reps without stopping, I got 731 in 52 minutes, so needless to say my hands went through some punishment. I could only train heavy volume 2 times per week to let my hands recover and I used this salve to help the healing. This stuff is great!
