Two questions:

1. My Feet jump out too wide on my haevy snatch. Any sugestions?

2. who would win in a fight a grilled cheese or a taco?
Greg Everett 2 | 2010-08-15
Try doing some snatch balances first, focusing on getting your feet where you want them. Then move to tall snatches; if you can keep the feet right there, move to high or mid-hang snatches.

You may also be cutting your extension short, so make sure to finish at the top and give yourself an opportunity to pull under and move your feet correctly.

Greg,

Thanks for these tips. I will implement these in my next workout. And again thanks for the great program.
