3 months, I twisted my left knee on a 70 kg snatch and tore the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. I've gone the non-surgical route, rehab, working out, testing it slowly, and it's been feeling better and better. Working back on the snatch, I've been much more disciplined about weight selection and technique, especially foot work. The brain plays tricks when I try to go heavy.
Today, I finally snatched 70 KG again. Could someone take a look at the technique?
