Power snatch - 73lb x 1 x 5 Power clean + power jerk - 93lb x 1 x 5 Overhead squat - 88lb x 1; 75.5lb x 3 x 2 3 sets; no rest: Pull-ups x max consecutive (minimum 10) 2-arm DB hang muscle snatchs x 10 Did 10 pull-ups per round, used 15lb DB's: somewhere around 3:15.
