Had to take advantage of extra time off today, so I did two of Kelly Starrett's mobility wod's from www.mobilitywod.com (great stuff), then combined yesterday's lifts and today's lifts. All felt great and I'm looking forward to rest tomorrow! Greg- I'm competing in the USAW/Crossfit Compettion on October 2nd. Will the next cycle set me up to "peak" that weekend? This is my first oly competition, I have no chance of winning my class, but would like to do my best, and possibly hit PR's at competition. Bodyweight: 79kg My best recent lifts: Snatch: 74kg C & J: 94kg Front Squat: 107kg Back Squat: 124kg I don't know why you need this info, but there you go.
