Did Wednesday workout today:

Power snatch + snatch - 65% x 2 sets @ 160#; 70% x 3 sets @ 170#
Clean pull - 97% x 3 x 3 @ 310#
Clean deadlift - 105% (of clean) x 2 x 3 @ 340
Back squat - 81% x 2 x 5 @ 330#; follow each set immediately with 3 box jumps @ 38.5"

Wanted to get some pull ups in that I missed this week. Did 6 rounds of 3 pullups/chin ups, 6 decline parallette push ups.
