erf! I hate meeting days at work. Snatch 85-90%= 140#x1 C&J 85-90%= 160#x1 Back Ext. 2x10 have a great day!

Snatch - 85-90% x 1 @ 195#(85%) Clean & jerk - 85-90% x 1 @ 275# (85%) Back extensions - 2 x 10 (no weight)

Snatch: 230x1. This is a 5 lbs PR but it is 95% of my goal weight. C&J: 275x1. This is about 87% of my goal weight of 315.
