A total of 9 snatches and 9 C&Js?
Or a total of 3 each?

total of 9 for each. do a rep at 65, rest, rep at 70, rest, rep at 75 then back down to 65 and repeat for 3 total waves. same for c&j

back squat - 363

-good session today. weights felt light.
