-jerks were off today. encouraging that i still managed 337 lb (PR 343 lb).

Worked to 143lb

Conditioning: 30lb SB, 4 rounds.

Not a good day, probably because I didn't warm up enough.

conditioning: 2 rounds + 2 shoulders
Forgot to go cross-body on the shoulders.
Just made a 75# water ball, so I used that. Otherwise, a 35-50# sandbag probably would have been a better idea.

Jerk: 120. Think I could have hit higher.

Got one of those awesome rips that posts up under the skin and you can feel it? It ripped on the last set. I'm psyched.

(F-ing heavy sandbag, have no idea what it's weight is. I need to get a shell for sandbag workouts, not having an actual spot to grab the bag sucks & I'm tired of wasting all my duct tape.)
