Alright, I was letting my pride get in the way of asking for clarification but I, too, am stumped. Is it reps x sets or sets x reps? I only ask b/c I've done a program backwards before, and I can't tell for sure how this should be done.
Idiot glances and insults over the intertubes are allowed, and I apologize for the ignorance.

Mike -
Weight x reps x sets. You can check the "info" link for this kind of thing. |

Sorry for the bother, man. I couldn't find the 'info' link (then or now). User error, most likely.
'preciate it.

10 rounds, 3 reps each
FS @ 185 (76% max)
weighted pull/chin up @ 50 (dip belt)
press @ 135
31:20
Not rushed, but with minimal lingering. Rested while switching plates and putting on dip belt.
clean pull: 195
clean DL: 215
New to clean DLs. It's hard to maintain postural integrity DLing from a more upright stance, even with a weight that's less than 60% of my regular DL max.

Front Squat: 120. Had to drop down for final sets.
Clean Pull: 120
Clean DL: 130
Was smoked after about 4/5 rounds of the front squats. I'm guessing my percentages are off since I've only been back at the gym for a couple of weeks.
Apparently, I haven't been using a computer for that long, either. Thanks for the help.

Jeremy -
The plates are great. The bars are as much as you can expect at that price. |
