Unrelated to today's posts--but does anyone know if Greg has a problem with CF affiliates linking to his "exercises" videos? We'd like to use some of them for a few of our upcoming workouts.

My buddy deployed today for Afg so last night I had to rush to have a proper farewell. Couldn't make gym so I ran with my dog and did some hill runs at Rock Creek Park. Not fast. I'm embarassed.

Greg;
Thanks for all the information on this website. The comment to shift the bar weight towards the heels is just another piece of info to add to my lifting education. I read it just before going out to the gym- it really made a difference.
Thanks again.
Bill
