I appreciate tht comment..I believe its def. One of my faults...I get the weight up but the bar in front of me at the bottom n I have to bail. Thx u..keep up the good work...love ur site..

Had to do the WoD at 'Planet Gayness' tonight...
FS: 185# (had to power clean each set, no squat racks, what kind of 'gym' doesn't have even 1 squat rack???)

My buddy deployed today for Afg so last night I had to rush to have a proper farewell. Couldn't make gym so I ran with my dog and did some hill runs at Rock Creek Park. Not fast. I'm embarassed. |

Thanks for all the information on this website. The comment to shift the bar weight towards the heels is just another piece of info to add to my lifting education. I read it just before going out to the gym- it really made a difference.
