Need Advice. I am starting this progam for the first time on Monday Nov 1, begining with week 1 (Oct 4). My question is how many reps am I doing? Does one set mean just 1 snatch + 1 hang power snatch + 1 hang snatch, then repeat or can I do more than 1 rep for each?

You're doing just 1 rep of each exercise; that constitutes 1 set.
