So question for Greg, if answered before please forgive. Say someone wanted to do the programing on here, but was limited in their schedule to doing the workouts 5 days in a row instead of resting on Friday. So Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday would be the programing days. Do you think that this would be fine, or would the lack of rest day really start to show up in lack of recovery. I plan on playing around with it next cycle, but would love to hear your input.

Tim -
Training 5 days in a row should be fine, but because Saturdays are often heavy snatch/CJ days, it's good to have rest before them. That being the case, I would suggest starting a week behind and staggering the schedule so that the Saturday workout falls on Tuesday. Then do Monday's workout on Wed, Tues's on Thur, Wed's on Fri and Thur's on Sat.
