CJ- Heavy single 185. 1x5OTM @140. Scaps and traps are glued down, had trouble getting a good OH postiion. Mobilized, need more.
Snatch- Heavy single 75, OTM @ 60. Still working catch, much better bar path today, hip extension was solid.
Snatch pull 3RM- 200, 3 @190.
Front Squat HS @235, 2x2 @200.
Been a CFFB guy for a long time, 4 days straight is very different. Not to sore at all, loads are light, as I'm drilling more than lifting mostly.
