Snatch- drilled here again. I had my scaps released by my chiro last night. Really opened up my OH position. I worked up to a #115 snatch, which is a 30lb PR. Very happy. I didn't push the volume, did 3 sets of 1 at that.
Clean and Jerk- 1x5 @155. Much better today.
Conditioning will do in a few hours, not foreseeing any issues.

hi
I had some problems with the clean and jerk on all the time to accommodate the bar on my shoulders, my wrists hurt and I feel that I miss the jerk speed shoulders hurt

Any recommendations?

Adal -

Sounds like you just need to spend some time working on flexibility and a better rack position for the jerk - it shouldn't hurt. Try doing front squats with your jerk rack position, lots of scapular mobility work, wrist flexibility work and more jerks.
