Hi
this week end a cycle that you have on the website
6-week strength cycle
I recommend that cycle to continue and how much rest between each cycle?

thanks in advance for the attention

I want to improve my technique as well as my utmost in clean and jerk, snatch, but also prepared me to compete another year in the crossfit games
Metcon I can make a day at other times?

Adal -

Take a week to train light and easy before starting a new cycle.

You can try doing more metcons, but you'll likely find it's too much training. I would stick to lifting for a period of time and then move back to more conditioning training.
