long time reader of the site, I absolutely love it, just got the new DVD in. just one complaint...I think morgan freeman should have narrated parts of it. lol. just wanted to thank you all for this spectacular source for weightlifting information.

Mr. Freeman turned the job down. Didn't think the script was good enough.

I want to make sure I am understanding this one. It will be 2 sets of 1 power snatch and 1 snatch at 65%, 70% and 75%. Then 5 sets of 1 power clean and 1 power jerk?
Steve Pan 4 | 2013-02-15
Jake -

That is correct.

What weight should be used on the pushpresses?
Steve Pan 6 | 2013-04-02
Dave -

You will have to feel the weight out. It should be light enough to get through with no stops.
