I have a question regarding how the percentages work throughout the length of a cycle. The best way I can think of asking this clearly is thorugh an example, so: say I start a cycle with a 155 1rm snatch and 155 is the number I base my % work against all through that first week of the cycle. Then, on Saturday, I pr with 160 1rm snatch. Should the following week be based off the new 160 1rm, or should we keep with the 155 throughout the entire cycle? Essentially, should we keep the 1 rm stagnant throughout the course of a cycle, or should we be adjusting it if we pr? Thank you... Chad Lammert
