Hi all--This question probably crops up quite often, so sorry in advance. On week 2 and on, are we talking progressive percentages? For instance, do I base the 75% on my 1RM from last week or for the beginning of the cycle? For instance, my Heavy C&J single from the end of last week could have been a PR (it was... ha). Do I disregard this and use my original 1RM, or do I use my new one?

You will base the percentages on your current PR. Some workouts will have you work off of a percentage of a heavy single you set for the day and the workout will specify.
