Great programming...went from 190lbs 1 RM snatch and got 210lbs easy yesterday. Tried to jump to 225# got it plenty high but just didn't drop under didn't commit. Will get it soon though I hope. thanks again for making this stuff available

Heavy Single will be best for the day. You may set a new PR if you are feeling good but it might not go that way if you are feeling beat up.
