  • Snatch Push Press + Overhead Squat - 70% (of sn or ohs) x 5+1, 75% x 5+1, 80% x 5+1, max 5+1
5 sets; no rest:
10 DB hang power clean
10 KB push press

Are the 10 DB hang power cleans and the 10 KB push press performed 10 reps per arm, one arm at a time or both arms at the same time? Btw I am loving the program so far. Mid-way through week three and have been hitting PR ' S on heavy reps and 3RM's without intending too. THANKS!

Steve - The DB hang power cleans and KB push presses will be 2-arm. Good to hear you are making PRs!
