I just recently started following this program (Monday) and I understand most of it. My question is... If you post percentages for "power" lifts (like power snatches today) is that still based off of the snatch 1RM?
Sorry I'm a noob! Also, do you guys still critique videos if my workout partners and/or I upload and send a link?

You can post videos to the forum for critique.
The percentages will be off of your best power versions of the lifts.
