Well I bombed out today... my current maxes are 102/122 and i could only went 87, missed 95 about 4 times, the missed 93 about. those are usually 'easy' for me but not today. clean and jerk, made 117 but the clean was barrrrrely and i mean barely. almost passed out. then i accidentally thought it was front squats today, so i kept going with it and made 125 (max is 137), and couldn't even go a quarter of the way down with 130 (twice). i don't know what in the f is going on with my legs but it feels like there is absolutely nothing there. hoping they are able to recover or actually be strong like they were two weeks into this program. also i am going to stop using my belt, it's dislocating one of my lower left ribs again so my lifts will probably go down some more i'll make due while the rib heals back up. one of those nagging injuries. /diary lol
