What is a good Ab routine that you guys follow in increase core strength and stability?

There are a few ab exercises you can pick and choose in the general exercises section found here: catalystathletics.com/exercises/section.php?sectionID=3

Adding one or two exercises a day for 3x10-15 or so should be good.
