I'm having trouble in my workouts getting under the bar on the Snatch with moderately heavy weight. I don't think the pulls are the issue, because I'm pulling the weight to mid chest standing. Various people have observed me perform lifts and I'm always told my pulls are great, but after that there is variety of advice - I have gotten told to practice snatch balance/snatch push press, or that I'm just scared of the weight, or to do this drill or that one, but right now I'm looking for some advice on how to program to get better at olympic lifts from a relative novice standpoint. Should I jump into this program in the middle of the current cycle or is there a better cycle to start with? I'm able to perform the classical lifts, if not as strong or refined as I'd like, at lower weights for both the snatch and C&J.
Thanks for your time and consideration,
Dustin
