I'm sure this is a complete newbie question for this site, but how do you read the workouts. For example, 70% x 1 x 6. I know what the 70% means, but does this mean 1 set of 6 reps? Also, what does (1 + 1) mean? Thanks much.

70% x 1 x 6 = 70% for 1 rep, for 6 sets.
Clean and Jerk (1+1)= 1 clean and 1 jerk
