What does this notation mean? (85%x1, 90%x1, 95%x1) x 3 should i do three singles of 85% first then 3 singles of 90% and lastly 3 singles of 95% OR singles of 85,90,95 then go back to 85,90,95 and one more 85,90,95?

Xy - You will do the waves of those weights. It will be 85, 90, 95 and go back down to 85 and repeat through that cycle 3 times.

I for some reason had a ton of problems lifting today. Everything was off. Should I take that as a sign of I need ekstra rest or just that I had a bad day. Cuz had much trouble with 95% in almost all lift. Hadn't felt this week at any point in this program. Other then that. Just want to say great programming!

Maybe just an off day, this is a hard program and you may not do well every day.
