im starting to implement these with my normal weight routine, but only twice a week, should I do every workout or can I skip them and just do the ones on Tuesdays and Thursday?

El - Please read the Program Help section at the right. The section on combining with other workouts will answer your question. It is not suggest to add other programs to this as neither program will be effective.
