  • Snatch Pull - 95%x2x2, 100%x2x2

For the complexes, is it the precentage of your snatch or power snatch or overhead squat. And same thing for the clean. Is it power clean, clean, or the jerk max?

You can take the percentages off of the first exercise. So it will be off of your power snatch and power clean.
