Got back to day from partying up the New Years and felt pretty good. Did just the O-lifts from Monday and today, took about an hour, felt pretty good. Unlike my usual lifting environment, today's gym didn't have a mirror and I really liked it. It forced me to be more aware of the bar in relation to my body at all times of the lift. For the first time, I got a sense of what it feels like to drive the bar up with my hips and shrug, not my arm pull.
Will do the metcon and planks tomorrow. Back to reading my xmas gift of "Good Calories, Bad Calories"!
