Greg,

with the Sn Push Press, is it behind-the-head? in-front-of-the-head? or - it does not matter.

It seems more natural to perform a behind-the-head Sn Grip.

had little bit of time sunday and threw in the sn complex (65#) and sn reps (75#). not enough time for c&j.
