had to do a sunday wod due to weather that will likely preclude me getting to the gym monday. went before monday's wod was posted, but also prob couldn't have pushed for 90% post sat training anyway. ended up doing: sn - 80%x1x3 - 85# cj - 80%x1x2 - 110# fs - 90%x1x1 - 140# will rest monday.

Snatch - 61 X 2, 81 X 2, 91 X 2, 100 X 1 x 2, 110 X 1 X 2, 120 X 1 X 2, 130 X M,M,M,M Clean & Jerk - 95 X 2 (R,L J), 115 X 2 (R,L J), 135 X 2 (R,L J), 155 X 2, 160 X 1 X 2 Front squat - 135 X 5, 155 X 4, 185 X 3 205 x 1 Interesting WOD for me. My timing was much better and everything felt like I was getting back into the groove. I missed 130 4 times on the snatch and each time it was a little closer. I didn't want to wear myself out so I went on over to the C&J.

I don't know what my issue was today, but 90% seemed really heavy. After missing 3 times, I finally hit 1. Sn: 142 CJ: 198 FS: 238
