Took the week mostly off. Felt some energy on Thursday, just worked the snatch. Worked up to 125 before I felt hesitation on getting under the bar, then I did 8 singles at that weight. Went up to 135 for 2 more singles, but these turned into power snatches. Some gymnastics work on friday.

Today: Started w/the C&J for a change, since I tanked last weekend on it.
135x1; 175x1; 190x1 ;195xF 190 was ok- 195 wasn't going.
Snatch: 125x1x1; 132.5x1x1 Played with some pulls at 115.
Back squat: 245x1; 275x1; 295x1 PR 300xF
Abs circuit x2 of:
Dragon flags x10
Adv. tuck planche pushups x4
Hanging straight leg raise to bar x8
