Nat - No they can't - It's in Florida. Danny Camargo's gym (at our last weightlifting seminari).

Nat - Angel trains out of a new gym called CrossfitBC, in downtown Vancouver. They are a martial studio that is just starting their crossfit program. She is a great trainer.

If you are looking for a gym in Vancouver I would check them out or check out crossfit Vancouver which is located just off 2nd avenue and Clark. Its a great gym and that is where I train. In my opinion Andy Swartz is the trainer there you want to talk to, especially if you are into Olympic lifting which I'm sure you are since you are on this site. He was also at the last weightlifiting seminar that Greg Everett coached at and is a very skilled lifter in his own right.

5x 25# Back extensions
5x Kneeling Ab wheel rollouts

5 rounds + 5ea. SDL

Fruit smoothie and headed for the BBQ chicken and Asparagus mixed veggies.

Note: the balance ball was kinda funny as it took me 3 rounds to figure out how to get off it with out rolling over onto my back.
