Hi Greg, Saw Sage and Natalie lift today, pretty awesome! They are incredible. I finished up the first 8 weeks of the CA WODs today with record attempts in the snatch and clean and jerk. I hit a snatch PR of 76.4kg and a clean and jerk PR of 91.8kg. My bodyweight today was 77.3kg. Greg, if you or anyone else around can check em out and offer me some advice, I would be very grateful, I don't have any coaching, so any help is more than welcome. Through the first 8-weeks of the CA WOD my clean and jerk went from 61kg (never really went heavy) to today's PR and my snatch went from 68kg up to today's PR! Thanks a lot!

Sn:135#, failed twice at 155 but really think I made a breakthrough on technique in this session. Looking forward to next weeks snatch work. CJ: 215#, PR FS: 225, failed at 245. 45# ghd situps.
