Just a question here...Does Aimee always wrap her thumb on her BS or just as the weight is near her max?
Eric Jones 2 | 2008-02-29
The Rogue Fitness crew will be there cheering them on!
Aimee 3 | 2008-02-29
I always wrap my thumb on everything. I am always either hook gripping or holding the bar. I don't wanna let it go!
Greg Everett 4 | 2008-02-29
All the cool kids actually hold onto the bar.
Derek M 5 | 2008-02-29
And the cooler kids only use their fingertips to hold the bar.

Hi Greg, Saw Sage and Natalie lift today, pretty awesome! They are incredible. I finished up the first 8 weeks of the CA WODs today with record attempts in the snatch and clean and jerk. I hit a snatch PR of 76.4kg and a clean and jerk PR of 91.8kg. My bodyweight today was 77.3kg. Here is the video of the lifts, taken at the auxiliary gym at the University of Chicago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DRxvPtptnfQ. Greg, if you or anyone else around can check em out and offer me some advice, I would be very grateful, I don't have any coaching, so any help is more than welcome. Through the first 8-weeks of the CA WOD my clean and jerk went from 61kg (never really went heavy) to today's PR and my snatch went from 68kg up to today's PR! Thanks a lot!
