What is a good way to keep my knees in line while I am coming up on a clean. When I do heavy front squats my knees are fine but when I do oly lifting I tend to suck my knees in, even with small weight. Is there a certain muscle group that I can focus on that would help in keeping my knees from buckling inwards and making my clean look so terrible?

Do whatever you do when you front squat!

Makes perfect sense!! Just need some more reps.
