Felt better than the 90% day on Saturday. Had problems getting under the bar in the snatch, so went back to snatch balance drills and that seemed to fix the problem.

The push ball description is a little confusing (video wouldn't work on my comp). It says see also wall-ball, but describes the motions like a push press. Is it from a full squat like a normal CF wall ball or from a slight dip like in a push press?
