Max Pullups (Deadhang, CTB): 12, 7, 5
TGU Situps: 20# DB each arm. I did these incorrectly, I see. I held a DB in each arm at full extension and at a 90 degree angle to floor, sitting up with legs straight until my upper body was at 90 degrees to floor. Oh, well, it was tough and seem to be a good movement. |
