I was fresh all week but I am indeed beat up today, wow !
Sn : ramped up to 82.5kg then failed it twice
C&j : ramped up to 102.5kg which I failed twice as well
BS : sets at 120kg were already feeling hard, call it a day.

my clean pull just went to shit on 100 not really sure why

I didnt get to do the whole week so I will see how I feel next week. thanks for the site and the WODs I hope that this will help me make some gains, and also help make me for functional. |
