Greg and Aimee, new facility looks amazing. Donna and I are hoping to make it out your way this summer and would love to stop by and train.

BS- 280 x 3 x
Cln DL- went heavier about 165% 290# x 3 x 3
PP - 155 x 5 x 5

I usually do a back down set after the work sets are completed. I am usually in the range of 40%-50% of 1rm for 6+ reps. Is this something I should continue?

thanks for the great site and resources.
