Snatch Balance- MAX.. 110kg... matched my old max from a few months ago :)
Clean and Jerk (90%) - 2 X 1 - Barely got the first, but got the second much easier - 115kg
Front Squat- 3,2,1,3,2,1
1st- 198, 2nd- 228, 3rd-242, 4th- 230, 5th-242, 6th- 267
----- My max is 305 so I still need a lot of work to get back there
